Approve Events
In Direct Spaces, space managers can review, approve, or cancel a reservation. You must have the approver role assigned to your Everyday User Security Template to approve bookings.

Sign into Direct Spaces, then select My Approvals from the main menu.

To view reservation requests in the screen that opens, set at least one of the following filters:

Buildings: Select one or more buildings to view reservation requests for spaces in those buildings.

Start From and Start To: Set both fields to view reservation requests within the resulting date range.

Statuses: Select one or more statuses to filter reservation requests by.
You might see Request or Pending for reservations pending approval, depending on your organization's configuration.

Tap Search in the upper right of the screen.
Search results populate based on filters, showing requests that do not have approval yet.
To view requests that have already been reviewed, tap Review Completed.

Select a reservation request.

In the screen that opens, Approve or Decline the request.
The request status updates to Reserve Status on approval or Cancel Status on decline, based on configurations in the Everyday User Process Template.
If configured in the template, status update notifications go out to the Everyday User Group.
